| Description |
The researches, conducted in chernozems typical loamy of Ukrainian national reservation “Mykhailivska Tsilyna”, showed that convertion of virgin land to arable land increases number of microorganisms that decompose orcanic N- and P-contained compounds. The number of oligonitrofils also increases. But in arable land there is lower plant residue biomass, so the number of pedotrofic microorganisms decreases.
