Description |
The structure and morphology of nanoporous InP have been studied. The nanoporous InP samples were prepared by electrochemical etching of n-type InP (100) single crystal plates in HCI. The stoichiometry distortion of the initial crystal has been established to be caused mainly by a faster etching of the phosphorus sublattice.
