Description Potatoes are crucial crop ensuring human nutrition. Compared with other agricultural products (cereals, forages, legumes) are much more difficult to growing discipline, but mainly for quality post-harvest treatment and storage.
A loss in storage depending on storage technology varies from 40 to 20%. The amount of loss due to incorrect storage in the financial statement in the several years compensates the costs of planting, respectively quality reconstruction storage of potatoes.
