Description |
Ukraine is rich in very productive chernozem soils, which are also environmentally tender and subject to vatious soil degradation. Forest-Steppe zone chernozens are the most fertile and ecologically stable soils, however, these soils are prone to soil erosion by water, degumification and are suffering from antropogenic soil acidity, and exchange calcium loss.
