Розглядаються деякі тенденції розвитку функцій сучасної держави та державності. Здійснюється аналіз сучасної державності як феномену, юридичної категорії та соціально-політичної реалії. Досліджуються сутність, функції та юридичний механізм реалізації завдань держави в контексті еволюції сучасної державності. Аналізуються теоретико-правові проблеми взаємодії між людиною, громадянським суспільством та державою в контексті еволюції сучасної державності, зокрема питання сутності державної влади та сучасної державності аналізуються через призму соціального призначення держави. Досліджуються принципи взаємодії людини та держави в умовах трансформації сучасної державності. Виділено особливості еволюції сучасної державності в умовах становлення інститутів ринкової економіки, реалізації еко-гуманістичної доктрини держави та її соціального призначення. Показані особливості функціонування держави та модернізації механізму сучасної держави в контексті становлення громадянського суспільства. (Certain trends in the development of the present-day state’s functions and statehood are examined. The analysis of the presentday statehood as a phenomenon, a legal category and a social and political reality is performed. The essence, functions and legal mechanism of realization of the state’s tasks in the context of evolution of the present-day statehood are investigated.Theoretical and legal aspects of interaction between a person, a civil society and the state in the context of the present-day statehood’s evolution is analyzed, specifi cally the subject of the essence of the state power and the modern-day statehood are analyzed from the perspective of the social role of the state. The principles of an interaction between a person and the state under the circumstances of the current statehood transformation are investigated. The peculiarities of the present-day statehood evolution are highlighted in the context of the formation of market economy institutes, realization of the eco-humanistic doctrine of the state and its social and cultural roles. The peculiarities of the state’s functioning and modernization of the present-day state mechanisms in the context of formation of the civil society are demonstrated.) |
