Іt is offered to autobalance a rotor by two pairs of pendulum, which are connected under a right angle, installed on axes perpendicular to the shaft. The model of a rotor making cylindrical motions is considered. The sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability of the main motion are found: when the weight of pendulums are much less than the weight of a rotor; at fast rotation of a rotor; at large friction between pendulums and axes; and at large external friction. In the absence of forces of resistance, the area of stability of the main motion not dependent on unbalance is found.
